- RETREAT BEHAVIOR POLICY -
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENTS.
THESE REQUIRED AGREEMENTS WILL ALSO BE REVIEWED AGAIN UPON ARRIVAL.
Below is a list of agreements that all attendees are expected to follow:
Be kind and respectful to all. This includes attendees, chaperones, facilitators, volunteers, and hotel staff members. Any type of bullying is not tolerated.
Stay on hotel grounds at all times.
Outsiders are not permitted into the hotel.
No alcohol, drugs, vape pens, e-cigarettes, marijuana or any type of illegal substances are permitted.
Respect each other’s privacy and keep conversations confidential.
Cell phones are permitted; however, they will be held for safekeeping and usage will be provided throughout the weekend during designated times.
For our overnight guests, room assignments will not be changed and no visiting other rooms!
We have a no-tolerance policy for the above agreements and if an attendee violates an agreement, they will be asked to leave and may not be able to attend future events.
Attendees are voluntary participants in good physical condition and have permission to participate in our empowerHER Retreat, as stated in the registration. Attendees who have exhibited harmful behavior to themselves or others within the last 90 days must obtain a medical clearance from a clinician. This letter will state that the attendee has been cleared to participate in any community-based activities.
