On May 29th, empowerHER & The Group joined forces for a book signing event at Porter Square Books in Campbridge.  

Event Recap:  Too often, families cope with a death in the family as an entirely private experience.  The Group: Seven Widowed Fathers Reimagine Life Authors Donald Rosenstein, MD, & Justin Yopp, PhD and empowerHER founder Cara Belvin, along with a brave widowed father, Mo Omran, and an inspirational young woman, Eva Bloche, we shared our stories and connected all together with our stories of shared heading. 

The Group's incredibly powerful journey is featured HERE on this local news clip.  The Group is a support program for widowed parents in North Carolina and and the mens' touching efforts to care for their families, grieve for their wives, and reimagine their futures will inspire anyone who has suffered a major loss.

Bruins Game


Thanks to a generous annual partnership with Congrutity360, empowerHER Dads come together for some good fun at a Bruins or Celtics game and enjoy a private skybox with food and drinks!

This year, we cheered on our own Boston Bruins as they facde the Oilers November 26th.
